I worked primarily with C***, but T*** was also helpful when I was doing research on the process.

C*** helped me get the orders set correctly in the system and provided prompt feedback. The Bumblejax team was able to process the order quicker and deliver a day earlier than originally planned. A BIG PLUS!

I've not seen the final result as they have been installed in our new corporate office in Plano, Texas, but those team members who have been involved with the final set-up of the office says they look amazing! All feedback so far is extremely positive. Our global head is touring the new office today and conducting meetings with our Executive Management Team. I'm looking forward to hearing any comments they might share.

Two minor operational matters:
1 - I noted/requested the "French" hanging system, but they arrived with the standard hanging system. BUT, to help ensure the photos stay level, C*** ordered museum putty to help keep them in place.
2 - I provided our shipping account info to assist with a better rate for expedited shipping. This was missed and the Bumblejax rate was applied. Again, C*** offered a discount on the total cost to help off-set the cost.

All-in-all, a great experience. Those things that didn't go quite as planned were minor and Corey was quick to address. Looking forward to seeing them next week and will forward pictures to the gang at the office.

I recently processed the first of what I hope to be several orders with bumblejax: 4, 18x18 1/4" polished acrylic, and 1- 4x16" x 1" thick polished acrylic.

The four larger pieces were black and white printed on metallic paper. I'm particularly OCD when it co eps to the sharpness and crispness of my images and these results rocked! Crisp blacks, subtle shadow detail, smooth gray transitions to brilliant whites. Hi-lights shimmer without being blown out. I took the gamble and went without a proof - the guys at bumblejax nailed it.

Overall The quality of the finished products are excellent! The staff were professional at the presales stage - promptly addressing email and phone requests. Their follow up has been the same. I was so impressed with the finished result I had to take the time to call. That resulted in a mindful and candid conversation about their product offerings and how we might work together in the future.

My biggest problem now is selling the pieces I have now to order others - I'm too tempted to keep them :)

Loved the final product. Processing/shipment was quick. Product arrived undamaged, and I liked that I was able to track the package during shipping. Customer service was quick with their responses. The only improvement I would like to see is other options for hanging the picture. I'm currently opting for velcro, but would like something with a little more pop.
