My online chat with Tate was very helpful. This was my first order (and first ever acrylic and aluminum mounts) and he advised me on what he thought would look best for my prints. He made sample cropped images to help me decide on orientation and dimensions and even sent me an email of our chat for reference because I couldn't complete the order in 1 sitting.
The packaging, shipping time, and shipping updates were great, too.

Be careful when creating print order. The site defaults to 8x12 so be sure to select desired print size during order creation.
