I ordered two sizes of the acrylic blocks. My client had some minor changes they wanted and Bumblejax was very helpful in accommodating this custom order. The ie to received the prices last week and still can not stop raving about them. I have sent many orders to Bumblejax and have asked a lot of questions. Every question was answered promptly and every order received quickly. The products they produce are stellar! I'm located in another state, but via email it's like I'm dealing with a local mom and pop store front. Extremely professional, responsive with a final fine art piece second to none!

I got wonderful customer support throughout the process. My only complaint is that it was a full 2 weeks from the day I input the order till the piece arrived. It was a birthday present for my mother and I had hoped she would have it sooner. Probably my fault for not ordering earlier.

Hi, sorry the time to receive the print was beyond what you were expecting. Custom sizes take a couple days longer and actually two weeks to arrive to the east coast from the west coast is faster than we typically turn it around since one full week is needed for standard shipping alone. I see we mentioned it would take 6-8 business days to produce in our email, but perhaps this was missed or there was a misunderstanding. If you need something to arrive by a specific date in the future please let us know and we can let you know what is possible and if expedited shipping is needed to meet your deadline.
