Hi, thanks for the feedback and sorry you felt the service was slow. I have reviewed the order to make sure we got the order out in time and everything looks good on my end. The order was placed New Year's Eve and our first production day was the following Monday. Our standard production time is 4-7 business days and I see we turned this around in 3 business days + 3 days in shipping from Seattle to the East Coast. We will attempt to contact you to try to clear up any confusion about the time it takes to produce and ship an order.
