The process of creating a successful print can get complicated but the staff at Bumblejax are good at navigating me through it. Print quality is very good. Response time good. Only negative might be that I believe the printers think that the print they create is 100% like the image i send, and its not. There is some variation. There always is. It might be slightly darker, a hue off, etc. But it still looks great.

Hi, thanks for the review and glad you were happy overall with our service. You make a good point about variables in print output. If a customer isn't using a calibrated monitor or has their brightness turned way up on the monitor, the differences can be more pronounced. Even then, there are many variables involved so if a customer needs to match exactly a paper proof is highly recommended.

The face-mounted acrylic pieces look great and hang very easily. The way it is mounted keeps the pictures perfectly parallel to the wall, too, which is also great. I received a lot of very positive reviews of the pieces in the gallery showing.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the damage the piece received either prior to or during transit. Instead of sending the replacement via 2-day air so that it could be received in time for the gallery hanging, it was sent via Ground and therefore I was forced to hang the damaged piece instead. Fortunately, the damage is on the back and not visible when hung, should a customer purchase the piece I do not want them to take home the piece that has damage so I had to swap out the pieces mid-show.

There are sevearl companies that can turn a photograph into a wall hanging, however, none can compare to Bumblejax. When my initial art work came in the mail, I was elated with the quality. Since that initial work arrived, I have ordered many wall hangings.
