I recently received 3 6 X 9 acrylic blocks and a custom 16 X 30 print on metallic paper with 1/4" acrylic mounting. I was very impressed with the service at Bumblejax. The technician *** notified me of a minor flaw in my custom sized photo and he was able to repair it flawlessly.

I had some trouble using my Discover card first time that I tried to make a payment and then the site was unresponsive. But, support was helpful and when I tried again the next day it worked for me.
I really like the print quality and this is my second time, will definitely come back again.
It would be nice if the cleaning kit is provided with just prints as well. I received it when I order a mounted print but not when it was just the print that I got framed separately.

I wanted my picture to be mounted in floating acrylic and searched the web - and found Bumblejax! I was impressed by their website initially and, even though there was a slight problem with the resolution, found having one done with the 'bespoke' measurements that I required was achievable. I was in contact with *** and am entirely happy with the finished article - in fact it exceeded my expectations! The shipping and customs charges where more than you would normally have but I do live in UK! I am even considering coming to Seattle for a holiday to have more done!
