First of all the quality of the print is head & shoulders above other printers that I have used in the past. The mounting is first class & so is the wall mounting setup. I am slowly building a wall of aluminum-backed photographs of my family. I love the clean look and the fact that no space is taken up by frames so I can fit even more pictures of chubby cheeks. The quality is superb unlike many other photo mounting companies out there. I also like the personal attention that each order gets. I feel confident that if I had made some sort of obvious error, they would catch it and check in with me. With the larger companies, their machines wouldn't reach out... I LOVE BUMBLEJAX!!!!
