Great, and relatively fast service. The two (2 foot-wide) bamboo frames I ordered were well-packed, so any potential issue with shipping would have needed to be extraordinary. The craftsmanship of the bamboo frame and print was fantastic and the color reproduction was spot on. I do not know how long the photograph print will stay onto the frame itself, but at the moment, there doesn't seem to be any warps, bubbling, or fraying at the edges. I would purchase from this company again (and already thinking of it).

Nordstrom and companies such as IBM had the reputation of providing outstanding customer service. However, their service pales in comparison to that provided by Bumblejax!
