The customer service person I emailed with was super helpful and offered suggestions. When I received the image, it came to life! It is more amazing than I could have hoped and have already begun to gather more images to have Bumblejax enlarge and facemount!!!!

This is my first time having a large face-mounted acrylic piece printed and mounted by you. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service. Pre-sale support via chat worked well. I'm happy that I was able to get a proof ahead of time -- it made a critical difference in the appearance of the final piece. I'm also happy that I got at least a partial credit for the proof when I ordered the full-size print. I was surprised that the second rep I worked with sounded reluctant to credit me for the proof, though. As a fine art photographer, I'm not very familiar with the HP printer that you use, and my impression is that its output is not as good as that from Epson and Canon printers. I did think the user interface for uploading files and placing the order was a bit rickety, but having a human being I could contact on the other end smoothed out the process for me. Very happy that you could rush the print and drop-ship to the gallery. It's slightly odd that your feedback email to me came addressed with the name of the gallery contact, though. All in all, I'm happy with the final result and will certainly use your services again in the future.

Fabulous customer service -- speedy, patient, astute in giving technical and aesthetic advice. Then -- amazing final product, safely shipped, delivered significantly ahead of schedule. Bumblejax has opened a significant door for us in the realm of image creation and display. A wonderful resource for visual artists. Bumblejax eliminates a lot of post-production worries, makes it possible to spend much more time and mental energy on the creative process. Yes, we recommend with enthusiasm.

I love the quality of the workmanship from how well the prints were packaged and shipped to the final product. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is one of the prints is a bit blurry. I wish Bumblejax would have contacted me and said that by blowing up the print to the size I requested that the output would be a bit blurry. Otherwise, I know I will order from them again and will be more careful next time about the prints I select to blow up the size.

We are very sorry this happened. Our online system provides a good initial filter to make sure there is enough resolution and then we also manually review every file before going to print. We're not sure how the image slipped through our checks and as mentioned on the phone we are going to redo it for you with another image.
