The quality of my acrylic print is stunning. This is my first time ever ordering this type of product and I couldn't be any more satisfied. I used a discount that is offered for first time customers with BumbleJax and it made my 20x30 metallic 1/2" acrylic print with polished edges almost affordable. The ordering process was easy; however, I forgot to enter my discount code. I received a prompt reply on the next business day stating that the price would be adjusted. It was delivered in a timely matter and came safely wrapped in many layers of large bubble wrap and held securely with package tape inside a very large box. The corners even had extra wrapping to protect them. Overall, it is expensive but well worth every penny as I can see it in BumbleJax's outstanding quality in their printing, service and delivery. I ordered an altered photograph on 1/4 " acrylic. As expected, it arrived quickly and it is beautiful! I have, and will continue to, recommend Bumblejax to other artists. The printing is a bit expensive for me so i am not able to use their services as much as I'd like, but when i do order something it's a thrill to open the (well packed) package!!

I do not give compliments lightly. With that said, my opinion of your web site, customer service as well as your product are excellent and they more than met my expectations. I couldn' t be more satisfied and I don't think you need any improvements. I plan on using your service in the future. I just placed my second order.

I have limited experience with the online companies for enlargements. While Bumblejax was not the lowest price, the product (acrylic faced over aluminum) was stunning and customer service (working with the image, checking it for size for the enlargement desired, and more) was top notch. Only dropped one star for higher price and also a bit slower on production.
