My order had to be shipped overseas so Bumblejax made a sturdy wooden crate to ensure the prints arrived in mint condition.

Communication with Bumblejax is excellent. I had two chats before even placing an order and about three during the ordering and printing stage.

We elected to do some new things for a 20x30' ACRYLIC mount with black acrylic backing and black wood mounting boards. The metallic print needed to be adaptable for hanging by wire from the ceiling in the art gallery and also work for a future buyer.

Everything worked well, the print and mounting are beautiful and I can hardly wait for the unveiling!

The processing was very prompt and the shipping was quick. I really appreciated the packaging which was very well thought out and executed. No damage occurred and it's hard to imagine any could ever be expected.

This was my second time ordering from Bumblejax. Both times I have been extremely happy with the product. I had accidentally had tape stick to my acrylic image. Customer service was more than helpful and courteous in helping me solve my problem. Very professional and quality company. My only con is the prices seem pretty high, but I still pay it because I have not found another company who provides the quality and service they do.
