There was a problem with my shipping rates, I was accidentally overcharged, and a company representative called within an hour to alert me of the overcharge and credited my account promptly. During our conversation they asked me about a delivery date and accommodated my needs sigh professionalism and courtesy.
I will be returning to Bumblejax for future print orders.
