    Hi, sorry your shipment was delayed. It's extremely rare for an expedited shipment to arrive late and yes it's completely out of our control once it leaves the warehouse. In this case there was some kind of mechanical failure at the Fedex Oakland warehouse. As we indicated to you over email we have refunded the shipping cost in full.
