Very nice hotel in a quiet location. No wish remained unfulfilled here. We recovered very well and Hamburg and its sights are easily accessible by public transport.Rooms: Junior suite was spacious and well equipped. The hardness of the mattresses was just right for us and we slept very well.Nearby activities: The wellness area in the house was well equipped with 4 different saunas and a whirlpool.Restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby are within easy walking distance.Public transport connection nearby.Food & drinks: There is a very good, high-quality restaurant in the hotel with a small but very good selection.We didn't use the bar but it was also available. The breakfast should be highlighted, a very good and fresh selection, freshly made egg dishes were offered.Noteworthy details: Very friendly staff, always helpful and attentive.

We went on vacation for a week at the Waldhaus Reinbek. As soon as we arrived, we noticed the very courteous behavior of the staff.We visited the wellness area. The selection of saunas was very good. We liked the atmosphere and the service in general.Our conclusion: We felt comfortable all around and would be happy to come back.Rooms: The room (suite) and the bathroom were a nice size, quiet and we really liked it. There was also a small terrace with a view of the forest. The TV program was poorly sorted. But it wasn't of great importance to us since we were mostly on the move.Food & drinks: The breakfast is sufficient and there is something for everyone. The service here was courteous and attentive.In the restaurant, the food is upscale, tasty, of good quality and reasonably priced. However, we would have liked a little more attention from the lady in service. (Listen to the order until the end...)The drinks in the bar are good and the service here is also very attentive.
