After updating my operating system from Window 7 to Windows 8.1, the scanning feature on my HP printer no longer worked. They were able to update the drivers and reconfigure the program.

Cleared any viruses.

I install windows 7 from xl and had to do a new install of your software and your techs were very helpful and professional and solve my install quickly thank you
