Eliminated my blue screen problem. Gave me tips on how to deal with the hardware to avoid overheating and sudden shut downs. So far (24 hours later) the computer is still working well!

I had a problem with an email account that I had discontinued. i did not want to loose data stored in this discontinued account. The technician was able to export/import data to the new account. He also cleaned up my internet processing. A good job!
