I had contacted Wilsons to speak to the finance manager, who told me numerous times he would get back to me, though he never did. I had to call persistently over 3 days to get speaking to him, and when i did speak to him, he was very rude to me. This was very upsetting to me as a customer, and after this experience, it would put me off buying from wilsons again.

I am not in the habit of recommending anyone ! Nothing else. Jim was very helpful as was young man at Bind where I collected my car and paid bill.

A courtesy car on Saturdays would be more convenient as I just had to wait on the car.

Only negative is that they are very pushy and didn't like the sales manager coming over to see why we weren't signing straight away . Also still feel that overall the finance package wasn't quire right
