I paid for an annual service and mot, and was told my rear brakes needed cleaned at a total cost of £67. I would have thought that if it was onlly a matter of cleaning out the rear breaks this would have been included as part of the service as there was no extra cost involved for parts. I am totally unhappy with Lennart Mark in regards to this.

Had the car no more than 2 weeks and it's been playing up already and it's a brand new car. Im having to take it back to Vauxhall while this is fixed. I was also told there were no hire cars left for me to take in the meantime so I am left with no car when I have paid for this! I was also called in another time after I had the car because the wrong document was taken for the finance company which causes a panic as Vauxhall advised me the finance company has given the funds back to them.
