    Everything - booking, pickup, quality of the car etc. - was absolutely fine.
    When returning the car to the airport, the pictures I took of the car and the parking position was not delivered from my phone, and since I didn't realize that until I landed in Denmark, I sent you 2 or 3 text messages (and an email through your website) asking you to confirm that you had found the car and that everything was fine).
    I still haven't had any reply from you, and I assume that everything is fine. I would, however, have appreciated if I had received a short confirmation from you that you had received the car in good order.
