Your service is excellent, a good offer with discount when paying upfront online, it could be better of course, but the main reason why I don’t give 5 stars is that you claim 50 euro for an extra driver. When we are two drivers we have to book another company, but I love the speed when we arrive and get the car, and when we leave the car in the parking express. Only once we had to wait very long for the car, and apparently it was because you don’t open until 9 am. A note to say that if you don’t open until 9 am you should make it impossible to book for early cars. It was frustrating to wait without knowing why.
