Let's see, in this store I have only placed home delivery orders, and everything has arrived in perfect order and well wrapped. I had a problem with one of the orders, I received everything except two products that apparently the website has in stock and then it turned out that they didn't have them and they sent me the package without these two products. I sent an email and they refunded the price of both products that are fine, but they should have the stock updated on the website, or at least notify you with an email in case you want to replace the products that are not in stock with others. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars, good prices and a guaranteed gift. All the best
