The procedure, delivery time and reliability have been perfectly satisfactory, however, for reasons as of yet unknown, only two out of three items ordered have been received with the package; however, since two were ordered in the same size and one of each had been delivered, and in consideration of any potential confusions i may have caused with the offer (for which i will apologize and take responsibility; as testified by the discrepancy between customs declaration and the Dispatch Note (the ordered number have been noted correctly only the latter but not the former)) if the forfeiture of one of the articles was in fact due to oversight, objections on my part remain negligible. If reasons other than my inexactitude may have caused the aforementioned discrepancies, i would be most obliged if they could be elucidated to me, as i am for the, otherwise immaculate services rendered. Doll eere delivered as described, was a pre-owned doll.
I am happy with her and the price was very good.
Just have to struggle to find properly fitting clothes but the doll itself have no major tears on the skin, just very tiny details but like mentioned above, she is a pre-owned so it is no shame :D
