Got an email back saying that this service is only available to customers who have ordered from them before and that i would need to go back online and put in my credit card details. If this facility isn't available to first time customers then it should say that on the order form. I did order from them as the price for the champagne I wanted was very good and the order was delivered the next day - so I have only given them four stars for the reason given above.
