    i recently received my order from drinks direct, was impressed by the competence of the people who processed my order. The one i was not happy with was the courier, not only did he leave the my parcels without a signature he dumped them upsidedown in the coal bunker. He proceded to turn his van around on my premises, in doing so he hit my garden fence and knocked it down costing me a small fortune to repair. I have been in contact with the courier depot manager and he is doing nothing to rectify the damage his staff caused to my property.

    DrinksDirect.co.uk offers an excellent range of both white and red wine. Their website is very user friendly making placing an order a very strightforward experience. Delivery of the wine is also very speedy and I would not hesitate to recommend the company. To sum up, excellent service all round!

    Found DD to be the cheapest online for the particular drink i was after so brought 2 bottles (to make the most of the offer). Asked to be called for payment as i had troubles with my card and the security steps (my end and not DDs problem). They called with in the hour (just before 6pm) to take payment. The delivery was at my door before 10am the next morning!
