I usually use Drinks Direct when it is my son's or dad's birthdays/Christmas. I have always found the service first class and easy to use. However.....this time I sent wine to my son and he was not at home. A card was left asking him to collect it from Manchester!! This would entail a 40 -50 minute drive for him. Would it not be better to have an arrangement with the Post Office. At least they are local. I'm still not sure if my son has collected the parcel and it's a week since I sent it. It won't stop me from using Drinks Direct though, still the best for choice and price.

I needed to get some Guinness in for a family reunion and ordered online from Drinks Direct. Imagine my surprise when I found out they not only do real Draught Guinness but also throw in a genuine Guinness surger - just like the one in my local pub. This Draught Guinness is so good that I'll need to order another batch before long.

My experience of Drinks Direct could not be better than it is already. Not only do they have my wine in stock ( one which is difficult to obtain) but their prompt handling of my order (sometimes late in to the evening) and their delivery, usually for the next day could not be bettered. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've never used this site before and it was a Cristal related emergency (as you do!) that i needed to deal with and i'm glad I chose DrinksDirect.co.uk. It was very late on a Friday evening that i ordered the fizz and needed delivery to my office by end of play Monday, it arrived no problem at all and best of all.....it was the cheapest bottle of Cristal i could find on the net!! Fabulous site and would definately recommend!!
