    This company makes providing gifts from distant places easy. The choice is extensive and the site is easy to navigate. Delivery is swift and informing me of it is reassuring. Once again I know that my 91 year old mother has received a gift from me that she will appreciate.

    Why do we go to the trouble to indicate a prefered method of delivery, ie."leave in porch" only for the courier service to change that to "leave with a neighbour"? It would appear that the courier tried to deliver once - did not leave goods in porch or even leave a card saying that he had tried to deliver. This was only discovered when going online to track the order. The packaging of the order, nonetheless was perfect. The contents are at this moment being consumer tested!

    I found everything I wanted and received my order within two working days. It was very well packaged, in fact the only negative thing I could say is the box could have been a bit smaller! Will definitely use again.

    Have used DrinksDirect a few times and they are good, but my last order came in two boxes when they would easily have fitted into one. Come on, let's save some packaging!!!!
