This is the first time I have visited and purchased wine. The updates were excellent with an on time delivery. I will be recommending the company to all my collegues at Hsbc data centres Uk. The product I was looking for was an old fashioned tonic my grandparents used when they were feeling under the weather. This was the Black Beer. I moved to Blackpool and found it so hard to get this product a few years back but managed to get one at Booths. Years have passed and luckily I have never needed to purchase the item until now, my father became very ill with a virus and as he is in his seventies and already with an illness of COPD this virus completely wiped him off his feet. The question of the miracle Black Beer came up in the family and the search began again to no avail until I found your site on line. I ordered 3 bottles and within 2 days my mam & dad received the order. I was delighted and more so now as he has been taking it for a few days and is feeling the benefit straight away. I found the website easy to use, I felt all the information I need was available and easy to find ie. delivery times. Placing the order was straight forward with easy guidelines to follow, after completing the order I was kept upto date with the status of the order. Delivery was on time as advised, my item was as expected and at a great price to would use again and I will highly recommend to my friends and family.

I placed my order at 16:50 and was dubious that the next working day delivery would be honoured being so close to the cut off point of 17.00, particularly as it was a Friday. I wasn't expecting a text confirmation of the despatch, but was delighted to have received this extra service a little later that evening confirming that the order would indeed be arriving on the Monday.
