    The order was delivered within three days of placement and I received tracking information from the beginning to end of the process. This order was a present for a friend in Wales and I am in the United States. Sending liquor from the US to Wales is difficult and expensive. Drinks Direct had the brands I wanted at a reasonable price and the shipping was also priced appropriately. I would recommend their service from my experience.

    The service provided was fast and efficient. The only issue was that the gift was left with a neighbour of the recipient, which was not wanted. Perhaps adding an option to this effect would be helpful.
