    As above, but when I tried to phone the local Depot first thing, at about 0730, on the scheduled Delivery day to narrow down the Delivery window time of 10 hours between 0730 and 1730 it was impossible!!! I could have gone there to pick it up myself ...

    As above, but when I tried to phone the local Depot first thing, at about 0730, on the scheduled Delivery day to narrow down the Delivery window time of 10 hours between 0730 and 1730 it was impossible!!! I could have gone there to pick it up myself far quicker at 8 am and then had the rest f the day to do as I pleased. Another neighbour would not have had to take it in for me as my original neighbour had to go out at very short notice. If there could be either a morning OR afternoon delivery timescale for delivery that would have been much better. A TEN hour spread to wait in for a parcel is far too long, especially if you have to take time off work as well, and it then does not arrive until late in the day. A request: A morning OR afternoon delivery schedule please as I will possibly use your service again in the future.
