Great customer service, reliable and helpful. i have used Drinks Direct as my main supplier for Sake and they have been more than helpful, My contact Jatinder is more than willing to help and is a joy to converse with. overall a brilliant drinks provider, will definitely use them if i fancy having a "gathering" with friends and need a few drinks for it. I look forward to continuing business with this company, just as long as i get my Sake :)

Managed to source two obscure liqueurs for our Cocktail party which we couldn't find in any shop. Clear communication throughout the order and delivery process and the goods were delivered promptly. they were well packed and the expectation was fully met. Won't hesitate to order again when there is a gap in the cellar.

I was very happy with my order being processed quickly and efficiently however city link provided a very poor service. My item was delivered the day after I ordered it which I did not expect I contacted city link at 8am when they were open to see if the item could be delivered to my place of work as no one would be home to sign for the delivery. I was advised this could not happen as the item had been put on the van and it would not be possible to move it onto a van which would be in the area of my work place. I said it would waste their time as they would have to redeliver the item on Saturday, I was advised I would have to pay an extra œ10 for that to happen. City link were not accommodating at all with times of delivery or day unless I was prepared to pay more. As the item was a present I had to drive to the depot and pick up the item as I could do this up to 8pm but deliveries stopped at 5:30pm. I was disgusted with the service I had received from city link and frustrated you had provided a very good service and probably give city link a lot of money.
