    I ordered two bottles of Lanson champagne one with a union jack and the other a Wimbledon cooler 'jackets'. The advertised Wimbledon jacket was the mock polo shirt 'jacket' that I wanted. So I was surprised to receive the yellow tennis ball cooler jacket. I wrote to ask if we could swap or I could buy the polo shirt version.... No answer. But now an invitation to review their service! So top marks for getting the bottles to me promptly (I'd left it late and they bailed me out birthday wise) and what I've got is great and was appreciated by the recipient. Marks deducted for not sending me exactly what I wanted... But what I've got is still good....
