I receive regular updates letting me know when the order was processed and dispatched and could even track my bottle in the van as it got closer to my house. Perfect, thank you. I have used Drinks Direct several times now and have not experienced any problems, in fact the opposite. You get great discounts for buying by the crate and even a single bottle is cheaper than the supermarkets. I have ordered sparkling wine by the crate several times and it always comes well packaged, a box in a box with dividers and airflow pockets. Delivery is quick and you are kept well informed by email of where and when your order will be delivered. I cannot fault them. In fact, on my last order this Christmas I did have a corked bottle of wine, but they were great about it. I took a photo and gave them the lot number and they instantly said I could have another bottle on my next order, which I will most definitely be putting through. Excellent choice on their website. Like I said, you will not be disappointed.
