Easy to navigate site, good follow-up and updates. Champagne arrived in good time. Very convenient although I would like to see more competitive pricing since once you add the VAT and delivery the price is way over what would be paid at the supermarket. That said it's all about the convenience factor and the reaction from the recipient was well worth it.

Used this site for the first time to send a 60th birthday gift to a friend in Devon. Easy to use website, swift delivery all in one piece with message included. Good tracking of despatch and expected date and time of delivery. Could change drop off location or re-arrange delivery time. Would use again.

I recently ordered two bottles of Sutter Home, White Zinfandel (blush), from DD. I haven't been able to find it in any supermarket, off-license, independent supplier etc etc so far. My friend and I had enjoyed it at a local Pitcher and Piano - one of the nicest rose wines I've had in a 'chain', so I thought "Why not" - and see if I could find a supplier/stockist. But as mentioned above, it doesn't seem to be readily available on the high street, or even in Majestic Wines.... I was happy to find it available on DD, no hassle, fast, quick order and delivery service, and at a very good price. I would recommend their service to family and friends, as I also had a brief search for a few other 'harder to find' liquers etc. Thanks DD team, and I'm sure my friend thanks you too - as one of the bottles was a gift for her!
