    Excellent range on offer: I needed a particular champagne which was difficult to obtain as a single bottle. I called to check before ordering and was reassured that I bottle could be sent. My order was taken over the phone by a very charming young man.

    I was asked to find 8pint whisky bottle for a raffle prize to support Hartlepool RNLI. What I was told would be difficult to locate I found easy with drinks direct and the bottle was with me next day. Can't ask for better than that!

    Overall experience pretty good - website is great, order process pretty easy, communication good, delivery was quick. Nothing to complain about really, but similarly nothing really outstanding or different versus competitors. Good solid experience had though.

    I ordered some miniatures for my wedding favours, after having a look around at different prices on different sites, the prices on this site are far better than other sites. I placed the order and the next morning my favours arrived. Very speedy service. Happy with the packaging too. Would definitely recommend and use them myself again.
