I can't fault this company. To begin with, they stocked my son's favourite wine which we have been looking for unsuccessfully for some time. The ordering process was quick and easy, and even included a price reduction on an order of 6 bottles. I ordered on a Monday evening, with an immediate email acknowledgement of the order. On Tuesday I was advised that my order had been despatched and it was delivered to my door first thing Wednesday morning. Fantastic, trouble free experience. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them without hesitation.

My order arrived TWO days after ordering when online purchases from other suppliers have taken up to six weeks. I was able to pay via PAYPAL, which meant that my contact details were already available so I didn't have to waste time registering and typing them in. My wine was at a bargain price because I benefitted from a special offer in force when I ordered. Finally, the delivery was so securely (double) packaged that I doubt an earthquake would have damaged any of the bottles. Very satisfied.
