Such a nice experience with this company. They were really quick to replace a slightly damaged book I had received and really appologetic. I normally wouldn’t have raised it as an issue but it was a gift for my sister so wanted it to be nice.

My books came well-packaged. They clearly thought it through to make sure they don’t get damaged in transit.
