He knows his products very well and always answered immediately all questions I had. Giancarlo also kept me updated during the whole process. He even has sent me a reminder the day before reception of the shipment to tell me that I should sign “ conditionally “in order that he could open a claim in case this would be necessary!I was just stunned by so much professionalism and customer care!! The communication was outstanding, Giandomenico answered within minutes (very different to quite some other webshops). I would highly recommend this shop, very trustful people.
