Rented a car from Epic rentals before Christmas. We were visiting a reserve about 17 kms out of Ker Keri when we found we had a flat tyre! Phone the company Who were extremely helpful. They offered to help us out with changing the tyre - we then went to a tyre business (also owned by our contact at Epic and the tyre was fixed and we were on our way in no time! Really appreciated this support! As these events can really ruin a holiday! Thanks EPIC

Used these guys for a last minute rental to get me to a funeral, was one of the easiest experiences I've ever had renting anything! Sign up was a breeze, was met at the airport to get given keys on time [even thou I was 5 hours late due to a missed connecting flight!!]. Great reliable car and the best service, Can't recommend these guys enough!

Dean was super friendly, great communication and very helpful. Was very cool to see our name being held up when we arrived at airport rather than having to find them. They even installed our rented car seat which made our trip that much less stressful and Dean was quick to help us out as to where to go from airport on our travels. So efficient and accommodating, highly recommend!

My friend and I went travelling around NZ for a couple of days. We rent a car at Epic rental car with Dean who was extremely kind and of a great help for us (informations, advices).
