One of 3 ceiling lights bought from Aldi about 4 years ago had given up the ghost. By replacing the bulbs, I was able to identify the transformer as the culprit. Unfortunately the transformer was not listed in the online shop, but a short and friendly phone call on Friday gave me a delivery on Monday at a fair price with very fair shipping costs!Lamp works again! Class!

After a rain shower, the solar fields were covered with a milky coating without affecting their functionality. I did not succeed in cleaning it with various means. Contacting us for a tip on cleaning resulted in an unexpected complete replacement of all existing lamps. Friendly and direct. I was amazed that such customer service still exists these days.
