    I had a warranty claim regarding a solar lamp bought from Aldi. This involved a very friendly phone call and the sending in of the defective part. I no longer had proof of purchase, but the date of purchase and the warranty period were noted on the lamp.I have never experienced such a fast and friendly processing including postage reimbursement! Many thanks!!! There really isn't anything like that these days.
