    Six has been the ideal place to get me on the road to recovery following a sports injury to my knee.

    The long recovery period has been disheartening but the team at Six has given a great morale boost and set solid targets to aim for. Would highly recommend!

    Really supportive, knowledgeable and fun team at Six Physio - breaking down the biology and helping you towards your goals on healing and any activities / events you dream of getting back to. With realism. Great and easy to use platform too to record and remember the rehab programme exercises. I'm grateful to have them in my corner and ride out my injury (torn ACL). Sports massage is also the best I have had in the city in a long time - not always pleasureable but so so good.
