I myself am an IT service provider with PC service, but as a sole proprietor without a shop, professional workshop or goods transport, I can't (and don't want to) cover everything. So when I receive requests for repairs/service from customers that go beyond my time and/or technical capabilities or my offering portfolio, e.g. B. for hardware repairs, I always recommend them to the capable hands of Mr. König and his team at the Treptow PC and laptop repair shop. So far everyone has always received competent, inexpensive and very timely help and I have always received positive feedback and/or a thank you for the recommendation. My laptop was also perfectly repaired there after a thermally-related graphics card failure and is still running today, but I'd rather save myself the hours of gaming on this device. ;-) When the water cooling on my main PC failed for a short time last year and I, as the person affected, was completely distraught so that I couldn't clearly assess what exactly was going on, he diagnosed it correctly in a flash and told me A new and better WaKü was brought in the next morning for an unrivaled price. A good hour later the computer was running like clockwork again and has continued to do so to this day. So from my point of view, unreservedly recommendable, competent and fair. Don't listen to the few "cheesy reviews" from some frustrated users who couldn't be helped for technically understandable reasons!
