This was a very tough IRS collection process situation, probably as tough as my divorce in the frustration and fear it caused me. Unlike my divorce, the IRS situation was entirely of my own making. I was paralized from fear and couldn't have handled this myself, particularly in the beginning. Now, with an IRS approved payment plan, I have more confidence to deal with my tax obligations as competently as I deal with all other aspects of my life. There is no doubt in my find that the way Rick Yandle handled my issue made this all possible. I am much releaved and no longer freeze in terror upon receiving an IRS communication.
