We were held up in collecting our luggage at 0100hrs in the morning. Other car rental company’s gave up on their customers. Fetajo did not. Their rep waited for an extra 1hr 40mins to take us to the car. Exceptional service.
The return of the vehicle was seamless with their direction of what was required of me. I will only use this company in the future.
