    I did try to book car hire with you this year but your rates were a bit more expensive than one of the other car rental companies. I emailed you to ask if you could reduce your rates a bit but didn't get a very positive response so I had to book our two and a half months car hire with another company. I will try to book again for next year but it will depend on your hire rates.
