I would strongly recommend recognition in some way of loyal and returning customers, I have been a customer for almost two years. You will see by your records that I have hired a car on several occasions, I have also introduced my two sons to Fetajo who also hire cars from you. It makes it easy for your competitors to entice your regular customers away when you do not recognise very good regular customers. I visit Calahonda approximately 7 times a year and my sons also visit on a regular basis.
