Pickup from Málaga airport was easy and efficient. The car was quite new, just about 25000 km driven, but had already some damages, that were well documented beforehand. I chose a Ford Fiesta - I think I got a 85 hp 5 speed manual transmission Titanium model. That motor seems too small for for driving in the mountainsides - speed dropped significantly uphill. Also, every time a started the car, it reminded of oil change. The language of the displays was set to Spanish which I later switched to English. I chose to rent a GPS-navigator, but in the end did not use it. It was not set up and I found using my phone maps easier. I used the suction cup of the navigator, since the design of the Fiesta interior has no natural place for using a phone as navigator. I was a bit disappointed that the USB-port did not provide power to my phone. All in all the car worked adequately and instructions to return the car were clear enough. So all in all, good but not perfect.
