The only point we would make is as a first-time user we were Not absolutely clear when we should park the vehicle in the express carpark - if we had to put it in a certain space or not.

It would be helpful to let people know if they haven’t hired from you before that you can park anywhere in the express carpark.

After several flight cancellations preventing us from going to Malaga, Fetajo rent a car agreed to reimburse us for the car rental without any problem. We have corresponded by email several times and Fetajo has always met our expectations. if we have to rent a car in Malaga, we will come back to them.

its about 4 years since i bought a place in costadelsol. before that i have been renting cars from several other companies via internet. i had lot of issues about the car conditions,milage,fuel costs,etc etc.BUT ince i have found FETAGO, its like haven really. family owned busines,honest & reliable all the time. most impportant to me is they are very flexible, with rental. sometime i stay longer or go back to uk early. no problem at all. just let the office know & all is taken care. i cannot recoment more reaally. i wish them all the best & success in this difficult ti,me for all of us. regards
