Agent was waiting outside the airport arrivals door , a 30 second walk across to the car park where the car was waiting . Very quick check in , while I put my bag in the car and set up the satnav , the agent went to get the ticket to exit the car park. Decided to change drop off from airport to their office in Fuengirola , ***was very helpful in making the change .
I met ***on returning the car , good to put a friendly face to the emails .
All in all , a fantastic company who will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction . Definitely recommend and will continue using Fetajo whenever I fly into Málaga .

Everything works smoothly and simple, the handover at the beginning as well as at the end. Nobody who wants to sell you an unnecessary drama 🎭 insurance or a more expensive car. However, I would appreciate a feedback at the end. Just a short note that everything is fine. I like it that I have the ordered model guaranteed. I prefer the Opel Corsa, which is a German quality car. With other companies you book a Corsa and get a Seat Ibiza or a French low quality car. These usually have problems climbing a moderate hill and do not really have a well defined gear shift. The cars are usually quite battered, but they drive very well. Fine for me. The staff is friendly. Nothing to complain about.
