    This is by far the best car rental experience I have had in Malaga. The booking was easy, picking up and returning the car was exceptionally smooth, the car spec was exactly according to the booking and - perhaps best of all - there were no hidden charges or attempts to sell me additional insurance etc. This was simply a perfect experience!

    Unfortunately our holiday to Spain was cancelled this year but Fetajo were helpful and processed our car hire refund with no problems. We look forward to using Fetajo next time we are in Spain. 5 star customer service.

    Excellent service. So easy to pick up the car which is right outside the terminal and drop off is easy too. Always on time waiting for you as you arrive. From coming out of the terminal to driving off takes no more than 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and helpful and the price is good value too.

    I hired a car on the basis of the good reviews Fetajo receives. The booking was made for Calahonda. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and the UK Government advising against travel to Spain again I had to cancel the booking. So although I did not get to actually hire the car I am giving 5 stars on the customer service I received. The Spanish lady in Calahonda who I spoke to was very helpful and understanding and I was offered a voucher or a refund. I took the refund and the money was back in my account within the week. So once Spain opens up again and we can get a holiday in Calahonda, my first choice will be with Fetajo Hire Cars. Thanks once again to the staff for the service if they happen to read this.
